Modular Horse Barns
Modular Barn is the easiest and the most affordable way to build yourself a good looking, all wood, center aisle horse barn. It can be built with a hay loft and steep roof (see picture) or without the loft if economical barn is preferred. When building the Modular Barn, first we deliver and connect all of the barn sections. The modular barn sections are delivered fully constructed with all the stalls, doors, windows, etc. already built & installed, so all that's left, is to anchor sections to foundation, build the roof, install the aisle way doors and you are ready to enjoy your new barn. As with any of the other barns we offer, our Modular Barns can be custom-made to suit customers' needs. Our most popular modular barn size is 36'x36' (shown with optional lean-to) but other sizes are also available. By connecting modular barn sections together, there is no limit to the size of the modular barn that can be built.

We have the expertise not only in building Modular Barns, but also building Custom Barns completely on your site if no access is available for Modular Barn delivery. In addition we offer the following services: Excavation, foundations, concrete slabs, preparation of crushed stone base and laying of rubber mats, electric, plumbing & stain. We have two different designs of Modular Barns:
"Modular Loft Barn" for larger horses. This design can accommodate the loft, higher roof pitch, different style of roofs, lean-tos, etc.
"Economy Style" modular barn for smaller horses and ponies. This design is the most economical way to build a center aisle horse barn, but it has no loft, has low back wall (only 7' high) and the low roof pitch (3/12 pitch). Modular barn sections of "Economy Style" barns are delivered with the roof already on.
