*To figure out the price of a run in shed/storage combination, add the price of a storage room to the total size of the building.
e.g. 12'x24' shed with one 12'x12' run in area & one 12'x12' storage room would cost $4,875 ($4,130 + $745). The price for the storage room will stay the same up to 12' wide. For bigger storage rooms add $75 l.f. For storage room with grilled partition, please add $70 to storage room price.
